Insufficient Balance

FA TR Ken Roberts + Karel Hrbacek
CREATED
UPDATED

Description

Balance needed in the low section, but strength needed for the finish.

Start with interesting moves up the face, then trend a bit left easier. Finish through roof at jaggies five feet right of the big protruding nose.

Warning: The rock on and around this route has not been climbed much yet, and much of the rock is still breakable and loose -- so the belayer and other people should stand far away from underneath the climber.

. . . (Lots of vegetation on this rock as of 2016. Be prepared when climbing to navigate around protruding trees and branches, and dealing with holds slippery with grass, lichen, moss, dirt).

Location

On the face just right of gully below big protruding nose, and just Left of obvious 2.5 inch deep foothold about 1 ft off ground below overhanging top block 3-4 feet wide.
