The crux is right off the ground. Start under the overhanging lower portion on small holds, working up to a side cling, and finally reaching up to find the first of three jugs that take you to the right side of the arch. Follow the arch rightwards then pull over a bulge in the arch to a two bolt anchor.

Some names start as joke  and then just stick.    Start matched low on large  jug and scrunched up feet. Pull into right side pull on a crappy right foot.  Left  to sloper and bump.  Finish on obvious jug and drop off or work the next 3 moves to gain the slab at much higher difficulty.    Fun steep compression!

This route shares it's start with Battle of the Bulge, highlighted by a side step and some balancey initial moves. Move up the slabby middle section on some side pulls and incuts. Find a good stance just below the obvious overhanging headwall section. Shake out here then launch up and left. There is a rail with a few good holds that leads you towards the lip. The crux comes right after the rail. Unlock this sequence finding sneaky good holds and aiming for the lip just above the bolt. The lip is super positive, so go for it! You will pull up onto the large ledge shared with the anchor for Battle of the Bulge to your right or the anchor for Oasis and the Chossted Flake to your left. Clip either anchor and lower off.

The first two moves off the ground to the first jug are probably the crux. Soar past the horizontal line of big jugs, otherwise known as the “sweet mammaries”. Once standing on top of the mammaries, follow a nice mix of pockets and jugs up to the anchor, staying just left of the arête.

Start the climb on insecure smearing using small incuts for holds. Work up the left side of the corner until you get under the large roof. Work up and right to the edge of the roof. Pull the roof finding good holds just past the lip. The anchor is on a large ledge above the bulge. If you don’t want to lead this climb, there is a two bolt anchor 20ft above the climbing anchors you can lower off of to access the main anchors.

Start with big left hand side pull that is shockingly difficult to grip and left hand undercling.  Some creative foot work puts you position to make powerful move to sloper rail.  But wait there’s more!  figure out how to set up to reach the arch!  Seems like it should be easier.

Start As for Power of Bald with undercling left hand and right side pull.  Gain sharp crimp rail and go basically straight up through a series of sharp but pleasing crimps and side pulls.  Enjoy big moves and powerful lock offs !  Establish on slab with flat crimp edge and good feet.

This route starts up the bottom part of 'The Crossover"; Start up the slab to the crack, work up the crack to a terrific stance. Do the crux 5.11c moves across and right to another stance, and the upper part of the the sidewalk on "The Sidewalk" route. Work up easy 5.9 moves on jugs and good feet to the anchors for "The Sidewalk".

This southwest facing wall on the Dome is like a peeling wave. The lower 10-15 feet overhang 4-5 feet from the base then once you pass the overhanging part, the upper wall is a steep slab. Ghost Snake is a route that goes through the center of this overhanging section, pulls past the bulge, and takes on the slick and slabby upper portion.Start on positive holds and find good feet as you work your way up steep bouldery moves to the first bolt, clipping from the best holds you'll find on the climb. The crux comes between the first and second bolt and combines some creativity and levitation to bypass the bulge between the overhang and slab. Once past this section, follow thin holds on the slab upwards and slightly right to link up with the upper two bolts on Frosted Flake and a shared anchor with that climb as well. ***Route named after a young rattle snake that randomly shows up all summer in 2018 then would just disappear***

Work off the ground up to the right to a small ledge. Grab the obvious flake and reach up to the right side of an upsloping ledge, the “sidewalk”.  Follow the sidewalk left on sloping feet and small incuts aiming for the steep corner. Follow small holds and slopers straight up to the top.

Start with left hand undercling and right side pull  (same start as Self Loathing) .  Pull into sharp crimp rail and make long powerful move up and left to obvious sloper crimp.  Match and gain access to sloping rail and begin traverse.   Is it easier to campus or keep body tension with feet on?  End at first bolt of Over the Bulge with obvious foot ledge and begin breathing again.

Climb the slab left of Identity Crisis to the blunt arete. The crux comes after clipping the 3rd bolt, and may feel easier or harder depending on your height. The climbing eases after the 4th bolt, but remains somewhat off-balance up the dihedral and to the anchor. Kind of a one-move wonder.

A fun steep bulgy climb passes some big holds to the crux move at the large flake just below the anchors. Lay it back if you want.

Hard moves to a side-pull off the ground are the crux moves of the climb, which pulls a bulge higher on the climb on the way to the anchors.

Step off the ground up and to the right past a short crack and head straight for the corner above. Step across the gap below the corner, to the right and then find good holds over the crux bulge. Finish with finger tips in the seam and feet stemming the corner straight up to the anchor.

This fun climb works up the left side of the initial bulge and then uses small holds to soar up the slab to a two bolt anchor. This is a great climb for beginning climbers and a good choice for a first lead climb.

Start the climb on insecure smearing using small incuts for holds. Work up the left side of the corner until you get under the large roof. As you work up and right of the large roof, you can surpass the bulge on the right, finding good holds on steep climbing to the anchor. It is not as challenging as the original climb, Battle of the Bulge.

Pull a bulge crux right off the deck with the jam of your choice. The type of jam depends on which hand you reach into the flare. The easier jam forces a few extra moves afterwards, equalizing out the grade either way you do it. Once on the slab, run it out to the 4th bolt of Around The Bulge.

Varied climbing on that "blank space" between The Sidewalk and The Corner. From the ground, it doesn't look like there are any holds, but they're there.

Starts out with super thin slab to a great rest. Throw right from the third bolt then balance back left at the fourth bolt. A bit more fun awaits at the end as well.

The route is intended to stick to the actual arete until you pull the lip at the last bolt and near the summit. Pull on small side clings on the north face as you start off the ground. Continue working positive holds as you bypass some bulges near mid height. Great holds lead to the crux near the top just as you pull over the lip and head for the anchors, as feet on the face are small but there. Saunter to the top to a two bolt anchor. Note that this route is rated if you pull the lip at the last bolt and not before. If you pull it before, the grade eases a bit.

Start with some fun moves up the slab on good edges. Clip the third bolt, and get ready to fire up the gently overhanging headwall. Not over untill it's over. Extremely well protected and a pretty good intro to the grade. What do you have to lose?

From the ground, work the crux of the climb by grabbing onto the big flake and pulling up onto some larger holds that lead leftwards. Bob and weave on super solid rock, from small hold to small hold working up towards an overlap near the top. Work past the overlap and head towards the two bolt anchor on top shared with Pink Arches.

After figuring out the best way to get off the ground, follow the crack/seam steeply up and left past some big holds. Don’t fall unless you want a…

This route has been led on trad gear, as well as done as a sport route. If you want to try it traditional style, the crack takes gear to 2.5 inches.

Climb the slab to the right of Identity Crisis, over the bulge and into the short corner. Clip the last bolt, turn the edge, and you're done. Fixed anchor 'biners. The rope drags a bit when lowering, but rock quality prevented placing the anchor further left.

One of the easiest climbs at Split Rock. From the ground, follow the right side of the bulge, stepping up onto the slab. Big holds lead you up the slab to a two bolt anchor.

Start up the lower angle lower part of the route to the left facing crack. Layback the crack up to the blank upper part of the route. Step to the right and crossover to the right. Move your way up the steep headwall on small incuts and open hand holds to the top.

Route starts at short overhang. Use flakes for hands and small nubs for feet. Getting off the ground is the crux. Pull up onto slabby face above starting overhanging. Smear up using small holds and feet up the slab, using delicate foot work.
